Welcome to Evremas. By accessing or using our platform and/or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Evremas, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Service Description
Evremas is a local business discovery and rewards platform available in Cyprus. We connect users with local businesses and provide gamification features including points, achievements, leaderboards and mini-games.
3. User Accounts
By creating an account, you acknowledge and agree to: 3.1. Be at least 16 years old. Users aged 14–15 may use the platform with verifiable parental or guardian consent, in accordance with Cyprus Law implementing GDPR Article 8. Users under 14 may not use this platform. 3.2. Provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. 3.3. Keep your account credentials secure and confidential. You must not disclose credentials or permit access to any third party. 3.4. Not create multiple accounts. 3.5. Be held responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
4.1. You agree NOT to: 4.1.1. Post false, misleading or fraudulent content, including reviews. 4.1.2. Attempt to manipulate the points, rewards, ranking or similar systems. 4.1.3. Harass, abuse, threaten or harm - or attempt to do so - other users, businesses or third parties. 4.1.4. Use automated bots, scripts or similar technologies to access or interact with the platform. 4.1.5. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other users' accounts or related systems, or attempt to hack, reverse engineer or disrupt our service. 4.1.6. Post or transmit illegal, offensive or inappropriate content. 4.1.7. Impersonate other users or businesses or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. 4.1.8. Use the platform for spam or unsolicited communications. 4.1.9. Use the platform in any manner that breaches any applicable laws or regulations. 4.2. In the event that you breach any provision of these Terms, or where we reasonably suspect such a breach has occurred, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without prior notice where appropriate, to suspend or terminate your account, remove any content uploaded to the platform, and/or cancel or forfeit any rewards, points or benefits associated with your participation in any reward or incentive program. If your account is suspended, you may appeal the decision by contacting info@evremas.com within 30 days.
5. Reviews & Content
When you post content on Evremas (reviews, photos, comments): 5.1. You grant Evremas a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display and distribute that content in connection with the operation and promotion of the platform, its services or its clients. 5.2. You confirm the content is based on your honest and genuine experience. 5.3. You confirm you have the right to share any photos you upload. 5.4. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove, restrict or refuse content that violates our policies. We may use automated moderation and/or manual review processes to moderate content before or after publication. You may request human review of any automated moderation decision by contacting info@evremas.com.
6. Points & Rewards
Evremas points and rewards: • Have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash • Can only be used within the Evremas platform in accordance with the applicable reward or promotion terms. • May be modified, reduced, suspended or discontinued at our sole discretion, with reasonable notice where practicable. • May be forfeited if your account is terminated for violations We reserve the right to adjust points if fraudulent activity is detected. Automated rewards processing: Points, experience points (XP) and level progression are calculated automatically based on your platform activity. Leaderboard rankings are automatically derived from accumulated points. These automated processes do not produce decisions with legal effects. You may contact info@evremas.com to request human review of any automated calculation affecting your account. How points are earned: Points are earned through platform activities including: writing reviews (10-40 points), scanning business QR codes (15 points), referring new users (20 points per referral), completing weekly challenges, unlocking achievements, and other activities as displayed in the app. Point values may change with notice. Points on account deletion: Upon voluntary account deletion, all accumulated points, experience points (XP), achievements and rewards are permanently and irrevocably forfeited with no compensation. Points expiry: Points do not currently expire. If an expiry policy is introduced in the future, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email or in-app notification. Daily Spin - not gambling: The Daily Spin is an entertainment feature that costs platform points (which have no monetary value) and awards platform-internal rewards only. It involves no real-money wagering and is not classified as gambling under Cyprus law. All outcomes are randomized server-side with no skill element.
6.1 Referral Program
You may earn points by referring new users to Evremas using your unique referral link or code. Rules: • Self-referrals are prohibited • Each user may only be referred once • Automated or bulk referral generation is prohibited • Maximum 50 referral rewards may be earned per day • Referral rewards are credited only when the referred user creates a verified account We reserve the right to revoke referral rewards if abuse, fraud or manipulation is detected. Disputed referral revocations may be appealed to info@evremas.com.
6.2 Leaderboard & Prizes
Your username, points total and level may appear on the public Evremas leaderboard. You may opt out via Settings. Prizes: Evremas may award prizes to top leaderboard users at its sole discretion. Prize terms, eligibility criteria, winner selection process and distribution method will be published separately for each prize event at least 7 days before the event ends. Evremas reserves the right to modify, postpone or cancel any prize event at any time.
7. Business Listings & Plans
Evremas currently offers the following business listing tiers. Availability of paid features and plans may be subject to change prior to their respective launch dates: FREE (€0/month - Always free): Basic profile, phone, up to 3 photos, hours and search listing. STARTER (€14/month - Coming Soon): Everything in FREE plus WhatsApp, Instagram, Website buttons, up to 10 photos, services list and basic analytics. PRO (€59/month - Coming Soon): Everything in STARTER plus full analytics, verified badge, featured Evremas marketing posts, Instagram tags, priority search, spin wheel, AI insights and 50 SMS/month. BUSINESS (from €99/month - Coming Soon): Everything in PRO plus online booking, calendar sync, online payments, branded SMS and customer CRM. Certain features are provided via a third-party provider, ClientDriven (clientdriven.me), and are subject to their terms and availability. ENTERPRISE (Custom pricing): For chains and national brands. Contact: enterprise@evremas.com Paid plans will be available via Stripe and JCC payment systems. Features and pricing may be subject to change prior to launch.
8. Payments & Billing
Evremas may use secure third-party payment processing via: • Stripe - International credit/debit card payments (coming soon) • JCC Payment Systems - Local Cyprus card payments (coming soon) When billing is active: • Plans are billed monthly. • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. • Prices and subscription fees may change with 30 days advance notice via email or through the platform. • Except where required by applicable law, no refunds or credits are provided for partially used subscription periods. • All prices include VAT where applicable and unless stated otherwise. • Transaction and billing records may be retained for up to 7 years in accordance with applicable legal and tax obligations in Cyprus. We will notify all registered business users via email before billing and subscription services are activated.
9. Intellectual Property
The Evremas name, logo, trademark, design, software, databases and content are owned by Evremas and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, scrape or otherwise exploit our branding or content without prior written permission. User-generated content (reviews, photos) remains owned by the user who created it, subject to the license granted under Section 5.1 of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Evremas is provided "as is". We do not guarantee: • The accuracy of business information (hours, prices, services) • Uninterrupted or error-free service • That all businesses listed are currently operational Business information is provided by business owners and may not always be current. Always verify important details directly with the business. Evremas does not endorse, guarantee or assume responsibility for any business, product or service listed on the platform.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evremas is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings → Account → Delete Account. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Certain information may be retained where required by law, regulatory obligations, or for legitimate dispute resolution purposes. 13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Cyprus. For EU consumers, mandatory consumer protection rights under your local law also apply. This platform operates in compliance with: • Cyprus Law 131(I)/2004 on Distance Selling and Electronic Commerce (implementing EU Directive 2000/31/EC) • Cyprus Law 133(I)/2013 on Consumer Rights (implementing EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU) • The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 • Cyprus Law 125(I)/2018 implementing GDPR
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Evremas regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to the subject matter herein.
16. Force Majeure
Evremas shall not be liable for any delay, interruption or failure in performance resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, internet or telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power outages, pandemics or failures of third-party service providers. During such events, our obligations under these Terms may be suspended for the duration of the affected period.
